Exactly as a paediatrician should be. Frank, kind and pragmatic.

Listened to everything and didn't rush us at all. Once diagnosed, made sure we were able to ask all the questions we needed to. Diagnosed correctly despite symptoms not being obvious.

An excellent doctor. Dr Hyer is so thorough, he is very knowledgable and has great experience. We felt supported and completely reassured by his care. I would highly recommend him.

My appointment with Dr Hyer was fantastic - he spent a lot of time with me to understand my concerns about my daughter, answer my questions, explain his rationale for his diagnosis and describe the next steps. He is focused when listening and clear when explaining, using analogies where necessary so medical concepts can be understood easily. Would highly recommend!

Dr Hyer is most arrogant, rude and intimidating person I have ever seen. He made me feel very bad and insignificant for being worried about my baby, and told me to never to come back. I have payed an enormous amount of money for a 20 min consultation and a prescription that I could easily obtain from a GP. None of my baby issues are sorted, I wasn't given any advice. I saw some private doctors before and I'm shocked with dr Hyer attitude

Response from Dr Warren Hyer

I'm most saddened to receive this feedback - this is most out of character and I firstly apologise. I aim to deliver only high standards of care with compassion and understanding. Clearly, I failed in this consultation and for that I apologise. Nor should the consultation have been for only 20 mins. This situation needs rectifying. May I suggest you contact my office (warren@dr-hyer.co.uk) so I can organise to see you again, and conduct the consultation that meets all your concerns in an unhurried fashion, and organise a refund. I am disappointed this consultation failed to meet your expectation, and very saddened I caused offence, and resolve to ensure this shouldn't happen again. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback - on contacting me, I will resolve this issue.
